Proposed and closed the utilization of Amazon Web Services (AWS) for complex back-end integration between a myriad of third-party data sources and external systems.Increased revenue by a factor of 10 over 3 years, all while consistently maintaining outstanding feedback and an ongoing positive outlook from the client. As Solution Director, I engaged with the client's Executive team to serve as the voice for all things product strategy. I set the overall scope, prioritization and direction of the product roadmap. I set sprint schedules using an Agile framework utilizing JIRA and Confluence as key tools to track work in progress and product requirements.As Program Manager, I led multiple teams of up to 13 individuals across several disciplines to ensure on-time in-market deployments. I made sure releases met both the expectations of the client for timeliness and feature acceptance, while ensuring the business value was met and the end users were happy.

I set the goals and direction of the entire software development lifecycle for i-Mobility, an Android mobile application using NFC to identify and replenish products from within your vehicle.I lead the development of this application with a team of programmers in Bangalore, India and platform team members in Buenos Aires, Argentina. We employed an agile framework maintained via project management software Asana. QA was conducted on iterative builds and incorporated pilot user feedback.In conjunction with the software development, I also coordinated the i-Mobility sales and pilot program with Bosch, Lowes, Grainger, and Fastenal. Through these partners, we met with customers to design, install and organize their vehicle storage system (designed and installed by Sortimo of North America). Once the hardware was installed, we introduced i-Mobility as an application to further enhance their day-to-day efficiency and lower operating costs.I was also responsible for coordinating the creation of the U.S website by revising the parent company's UK site to adhere to U.S norms and language standards.

Contracted to the CDC Foundation via XenLogic as a gobal IT and project management professional.Job functions included design of the overall project strategy, implementation, budget management monitoring, and stakeholder reporting.Worked in Mexico, Turkey, and the Philippines to train in-country staff on electronic data collection via HP iPAQ handheld devices.Liaised with the World Health Organization (WHO) at the Headquarters, Regional and Country level to engage with and implement the selected country's electronic surveillance initiative as part of the Global Adult Tobacco Survey (GATS). This implementation was coordinated with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and CDC Foundation for programmatic and budgetary requirements.Oversaw all IT contracts while monitoring expenditures valued over $4 million spent over the course of the project. Designed a country specific budget template for requesting funding that significantly increased the speed of review and feedback.Shipped over 4,000 HP iPAQ handheld devices and accessories to over 20 countries, valued at over $2 million.Created the financial reporting system used to provide funders and stakeholders with a spending history as well as allowing a quick reconciliation with the finance department's own records.
