Manage the technology behind the Wyoming Property Tax program. This position performs the daily IT functions for the program which involves 24 database servers, 4 application servers, 1 web server, 211 workstations, 40 field collection devices and 32 printers located both at the Department of Revenue and in each of Wyoming’s twenty-three counties as well as database administration of 24 Oracle installations statewide.This function includes all administrative tasks regarding the daily upkeep of the databases.Responsible for software testing and deployment statewide.Coordinate the system training for several levels of users involved with the CAMA program. Coordinate VPN connectivity issues with the Department of Enterprise Technology Services.

Diagnose, repair or replace system components and solve software issues.

Responsible for incoming Help Desk calls. Determine how situation would be best handled, triage to remote techs as needed. Most calls involved remote access to user computers to rectify problems. LanDesk, Remote Desktop and DameWare are utilized daily to solve issues for end users.
