I am the Managing Partner of the Vorys law firm and Chair of the Firm's Compensation and Management Committees. I serve as corporate counsel to clients engaged in multiple industries including manufacturing, retail, financial institutions and the restaurant industry. My practice also includes mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, general commercial and business matters and licensing transactions.Outside of the law, I am the past Chair of the Columbus Museum of Art Board of Trustees. I currently serve as the Chair of the Upper Arlington Community Foundation Board of Trustees and am a current Board member of Future Ready 5 and Scioto Country Club. I am also a Board Member and Finance Committee Member of the Columbus Partnership, an organization consisting of approximately 80 CEO's representing many of the most prominent organizations operating in the Columbus Area.I am a proud graduate of the University of Nebraska and played on the Nebraska basketball team from 1983 to 1987. I graduated from the University of Wisconsin School of Law in 1991 and joined Vorys immediately thereafter.My greatest blessings in life are my wife Judy, my son Max and my daughter Megan.
