Performs physical inventory count, material inspections, and location audits as needed for supply assets resulting in 100% accuracy.Input balance count into supply database making additions, changes, or deletions to excess, requisitioning, shipment, and/or issue exception code quantities.Draft or prepare a variety of document control work involved with Inventory Management (Fiscal Year Inventory Schedule, Inventory Count Sheet Reports, AF 12 Supply Research Worksheet, Report of Survey Tracker, Inventory Error Listing).Conducts causative research to determine problem resolution in accordance with AFI 23-101, and F-35Sustainment Supply User Guide.Effectively identifies, investigates, and reconciles record balance errors through inventory adjustments. Extracts specific information needed to perform assigned tasks including pulling metrics from the supply databases. Searches different areas of audit trails, transaction histories and stock number queries to resolve discrepancies and routes very difficult problems to higher level technician or analyst with information.Responds to visitor and telephone inquiries on supply inventory problems and issues.Files materials on established guidelines or schedule minimizing filing backlogs and delays in locating documents.
