I have served at the FCC for over 20 years, currently serving as Special Counsel in the Enforcement Bureau’s Market Disputes Resolution Division (MDRD). In short, MDRD resolves disputes between cable operators, wireline and wireless providers, and other utilities by conducting mediations and drafting Commission and Bureau-level orders. Before joining MDRD, I served in the Wireline Competition Bureau’s Competition Policy Division. I also have been detailed from the FCC to the U.S. House of Representatives' Committee on Energy and Commerce, the U.S. Senate’s Committee on Commerce, Science, & Transportation, and the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia as a Special Assistant United States Attorney. I also am a Lieutenant Colonel in the US Army Reserve (selected in October 2024 for promotion to Colonel), presently serving as a Command Judge Advocate to a Sustainment Group. In 2023, I graduated from the US Army War College. I am also fluent in French, earning my DELF B2 certification and graduating from the French Army Reserve's Staff Officer Course at L'Ecole Militaire in Paris in 2022.
