Directed the execution and strategy of the Drivetrain Assembly restructure projects. Full global accountability for the consolidation of Drivetrain assets to meet Operating Profit after Capital Charge (OPACC) commitment. • Led ten multi-national drivetrain assembly restructuring projects in China, Japan, India, Europe, and Brazil. • Identified suppliers, validated new source process, and implemented in production. Reduced landed product cost of components and improved regional content.

Led design, validation, and production implementation of several New Product Introduction (NPI) programs. Accountable to deliver NPI, cost, and reliability projects to improve Reversing Transmission Product for Motorgraders, wheel loaders and track-type-tractors.• Managed a team of 60 engineers in US and China, and a budget of $20M to drive the achievement of long-term revenue and production operation goals of 46 transmission platforms, assembled at five transmission assembly facilities, consumed at 12 machine assembly locations.• Implemented sourcing strategy, component localization, and assembly runoff at Powertrain facility in China. Managed the design and localization of new transmission in China.

Led a team of 15 engineers and managed a budget of $25M. Managed design, validation, and production implementation of several New Product Introduction (NPI) programs. • Oversaw the development and implementation efforts for multiple engines.
