My ideal role would be "Chief Portfolio Officer", responsible for blending strategy and finance to help organizations sense, identify, evaluate, select, prioritize and execute the future growth opportunities that will create the most shareholder value with the resources available.I have broad and deep corporate experience (30+ years), both as a management consultant and a company employee in Enterprise-wide Portfolio Management, Business and Technology Strategy Development and Decision Quality (i.e. How to help organizations make top quality decisions leading to higher shareholder value).At Decision Strategies Inc. I was responsible for improving the core IP, coaching and mentoring younger staff and moving advanced methods into client enegagements, as well as business development and engagement leadership. At HP, I developed and presented an executive level training program on Strategy and Decision Quality for about 500 managers and executives up to Senior VP level. This is still paying big dividends.
