Responsible for processing and shipping/receiving of all equipmentPlanning, organizing, and controlling of over-all operations of WarehouseControl inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage systemMaintain physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repairs and requisitions for replacementConstantly plan out all Warehouse resources and activities in relation to company objectives Kit all jobs prior to installationCoordinate jobsite deliveries during installationCoordinate with Project Managers, Sales, and Technicians on project logisticsMaintain stock equipment levelsContribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as neededResponsible for overall improvement and development of warehouse

Coordinate with Project Managers, Sales, Engineers, and Technicians on all aspects of A/V system installationAssist on installs and A/V service calls when necessary Communicate with General Contractors and Architects on project detailsReview Bill of Materials to identify arriving/backordered equipmentObtaining necessary permits for low voltage wiring and fire/intrusion systemsReviewing change orders and job costing reportsMaintain project schedules and ensure products are available for each jobIdentify job site type and ensure techs have required safety equipment as regulated by OSHA

Responsible for reviewing orders and purchasing high-end electronics.Managing inventory and generating related reports.Liaison between outside vendors and project management.Prepare invoices Provide support to outside sales, marketing and engineering departments.Work closely with audio/visual suppliers to ensure timely delivery of product.Produce tracking and status reports for management staff.
