Hi there! My name is Michael Gilchrist and I am a creative, energetic, detail-oriented, young professional currently with ROI Training on the Operations team as a Global Client & Project Manager. I currently work very closely with Google and their Cloud Training Operations team to schedule, manage, and finalize multiple worldwide Google Cloud trainings. Along with my main job role, I also manage all the marketing and advertising initiatives, both digital and traditional, as well as some internal "quality of life" improvements for the Operations team.I am 2020 graduate from the University of Mary Washington where I earned a bachelor's degree in Communication & Digital Studies while minoring in Business Administration & Marketing. While at UMW, I was the President of a leading campus organization that worked very closely with the Alumni Offices by the name of Student Alumni Ambassadors. I was very involved on campus with roles such as a New Student Orientation Leader, Peer Mentor, and an active member of many organizations and clubs. In 2019, I participated in an Entrepreneurship Business Pitch Competition where my team finished amongst the best and won a cash prize of $1,000.I am proud to have earned the highest achievement in the Boys Scouts of America, Eagle Scout [2015] after completing 12 years with the Boy Scouts and Cub Scouts of America.
