Responsibilities:• Upon winning a RFP, I am responsible for working with client management to transition new clients into implementation, developing an implementation schedule, and leading clients through an implementation that, on average, ranges from 12-24 months, and providing post go live support.• Act as a subject matter expert on Aspira's software for internal resources as well as clients.• Identify areas of functionality weakness, scope and develop system enhancements, and fulfill custom client requests.Accomplishments:• Implemented and successfully managed Delaware's high-volume permits program.
