Providing project leadership and vendor management for this multi-million dollar strategic, multi-phase effort to enhance Interactive Voice Recognition (IVR) applications providing automated customer self-service for both SoCalGas and SDG&E utilities.

Managed a team of twelve programmer/analysts, contractors, and business systems analysts supporting eight global business applications.• Provided oversight and coordination to prioritize/implement enhancements to applications to meet business needs and audit compliance. Produced related project proposals and cost benefit analysis.• Managed business relationships ensuring customer satisfaction.• Mentored, grew, and developed direct reports, as well as other employees, by creating development plans, meeting regularly to coach, conduct knowledge transfer, and provide insight into the corporate culture.• Produced and maintained an 18 month plan of resource usage for all projects, to prevent over allocation, as well as tracked budget to actuals to ensure projects were on track. Provided regular status reports to upper management to keep them informed of progress.

Over 20 years with a Navy contractor supporting the Fleet Ballistic Missile (FBM) program. Expertise in PowerBuilder development and stored procedure and trigger programming in SQL Server programming in a client server environment. I worked with PowerBuilder versions from 1.0 up to and including PowerBuilder 9.0 using the PowerBuilder Foundation Class (PFC). I took many projects from inception, through requirements gathering and prototyping, to production implementation and follow-on maintenance.• Held government "Secret" clearance.
