As the NATOPS Model Manager, this unit manages the fleet standardization through the NATOPS program.

Cherry Point, Nc & Helmand Province, Afghanistan

Operations Officer focused on matching future requirements to supporting units over a large enterprise of 10,000 members. Selected to forward deploy as the principle deputy to the Wing Operations Officer. Coordinated the actions of a staff of 50 in the day to day activities of 5,000 personnel spread over four air bases.

Led two separate Integrated Product Teams. Managed requirements development, engineering activities and contractor performance in order to realize the full capabilities of the CH-53K cabin and cargo systems. Developed and advocated for a training systems roadmap for the CH-53 platforms which included upgraded simulator systems and new hardware, software and learning methods to enhance H-53 crew readiness.
