Significant real estate development experience in the area of industrial redevelopment properties, generally requiring brownfield remediation and selective demolition activities, both new construction and existing building renovation experience. Experienced Asset Manager with over 3,000,000 SF of space managed annually since 1997.In 2004, it became a high priority to establish a profitable third-party warehouse and transportation operation that would help to stabilize the occupancy at our properties.
