Support and assist the NAVAIR PMA-263 USMC Shadow UAS Program by using comprehensive program knowledge and subject matter expertise in executing the Shadow UAS Program. • Coordinate Frequency allocation with the local regulating authority as well as with the FCC Regional Manager.

• Management of on-site staff.

NAWC-AD Patuxent River, Maryland

• Conduct engineering investigations and recommendations for modifications to NAVAIR UAV Program Office (PMA-263); manage a detachment of 11 personnel.
• Process Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs); serve as a writer of technical publications and provide technical guidance to the maintenance and repair activities, associated ground stations and peculiar test/support.
• Provide technical direction and quality assurance support at both the Aircraft Intermediate Maintenance Depot (AIMD) for all Pioneer-related work centers at Patuxent River and the Specialized Aircraft Intermediate.
• Manage and provide direction for the RQ-2A/B/C Airframe Structural Inspection and Weight and. Balance Program; member of the Automated Weight and Balance System Board.
• Authored both technical publications for WAB-400 and WAB-450 used by all Pioneer activities.
• Provided maintenance/operator training to the Pioneer fleet activities.

Naval Air Warfare Center, Point Mugu, California

• Provided daily program liaison with AIRLANT, AIRPAC, PIONEER APML, AAI and the PIONEER PROGRAM OFFICE (PMA—'263).
• Maintained, repaired, inspected and troubleshot Pioneer-related systems equipment and components.
• Managed a detachment of 18 personnel full time; this occasionally expanded to 24.
• Served as Test Conductor during the Developmental Test & Operational Testing of the first Pioneer UAV system.

U.S. Marine Corps, Camp Lejune, North Carolina

• Trained and supported Marine personnel in the operation and maintenance of this prototype Mastiff RPV aerial system deployed throughout the U.S. and overseas in support of classified operations.
• Served as Assistant Site Manager and Lead Technician; developed Concept of Operations (CONOPS) between manned and unmanned platforms.

U.S. Naval Air Stations Jacksonville, Florida & Sigonella, Sicily

• Trained Navy personnel in the operations and maintenance of this systems test device.
• Oversaw four installations and sell offs at AIMD, NAMTRADET, NARF and Naval Air Station Sigonella, Sicily.
• Handpicked to support the AIMD at NAS Sigonella for six years as the AAI on-site technical representative.
