I was responsible for the pipeline and management of all contract renewals for Jama in Europe. Jama is a US based requirements management software tool. (jamasoftware.com)The role also included the creation of new business quotes, processing all orders, updating and maintaining the Salesforce CRM, account management, some sales & recruitment alongside general administration duties including MS Office.Key achievements: Switched the customer base from a perpetual use licence model to to a SaaS product whilst maintaining & increasing the net margin.Worked with some high profile companies including Deutsche Bank, Merck, TfL, BAE Systems, FirstGroup plc, Sensata, Wolfson Micro, Panasonic, Bosch and the Co-operative Group, amongst others.Also had some exposure to alternative software tools- Tasktop Technologies and Polarion, a Siemens acquired technology.I was made redundant due to the non-renewal of the Jama/XeauSoft contract, meaning all European renewals were taken 'inhouse' to the US.

Worked in a small company started by three former colleagues from City Site Solutions. Achieved a good deal of success, collectively increasing turnover to a record breaking £2m+ in 2014.Responsible for the company Twitter Feed. Achieved 1000+ Followers within 7 months.

• Played a big role in the Cannes Gold Award winning ‘We Are David Bailey’ Samsung NX1000 Smart camera launch campaign.• Responsible for the recruitment & co-ordination of all the David Baileys. A total of 143 attended our major training event which was filmed and turned into an advert.• Became a multi-disciplined role where I was involved in account management, project co-ordination, process development, event organisation / hosting, creative input and community management.• The campaign roughly consisted of signing up David Baileys through social media and advertising, supplying them with cameras and then collating their work to display on a custom built Facebook App , as well as coordinating the filming of a series of master classes which received over 1 million YouTube hits.
