Proficient CAD packages used include SolidWorks, Inventor, and AutoCAD.•Manage the testing and certification process for new products to ensure they meet industry standards (UL, NEMA, NSF, etc.).•Lead and participate in Kaizen events/activities to improve existing engineering processes and support lean practices.
