Drove one product to become the core product of the company.KEY STRATEGIC PROBLEM SOLVING ACCOMPLISHMENTS• Grew one product (Jobs2Web) from 1 client to 160 clients by strategically building client value and client partnerships.• After 2 years, the company was rebranded as Jobs2Web and later sold to SAP SuccessFactors for $110 million based on the value and growth potential of my product.• Packaged up and sold 2nd product (Contract Central) to allow us to focus on Jobs2Web product.KEY PROCESS IMPROVEMENT ACCOMPLISHMENTS• Trained and coached our teams on agile development, resulting in predictable quarterly releases being delivered with quality for the first time.

Responsible for product direction for the Global Payments solutions that the Company developed and implemented on the 40,000 e-commerce sites that Digital River runs for its clients. Duties included investigating worldwide payment methods, evaluating payment providers, performing Cost-Benefit Analysis of payment methods, recommending payment methods to upper management, maintaining the product roadmap, writing specifications and use cases to implement payment methods, developing A/B testing, and designing reports to verify Cost-Benefit numbers. Decisions on which payment methods got implemented and what providers we used were based on decisions balancing customer requests and internal ROI to Digital River.

Responsible for product direction as well as analysis, design, and coding of the Notiva B2B products being developed by the company. Tasks included gathering requirements from clients, prioritizing those requirements, splitting the requirements into releases, presenting them to senior management for approval, creating the detailed business specifications and use cases, and ensuring the product was built on time and to specification. The products were designed to allow online collaboration supporting the financial supply chain between fortune 500 companies. The Product line was sold to a large ERP.
