Currently Associate General Counsel, Senior Director and Corporate Secretary at the Independent Electricity System Operator where I lead a high-quality team of lawyers and provide governance advice and support to our board of directors.Prior to the IESO, was internal counsel at the Ontario Power Authority until it merged with the IESO in 2015. Prior to the Ontario Power Authority, I was counsel to the Ontario Ministry of Energy, and started my career in private practice at a boutique Toronto energy law firm.
