Manage and supervise production team personnel performing the analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation, and revision of new training curricula. Serve as senior LSI representative at the remote site having direct interface with primary contract customer, managing LSI and subcontractor’s staff, and properly maintaining all local facilities and materials. Schedule, monitor, and track the daily workload for assigned personnel and conduct weekly status meetings with the production teams. Ensure all deliverables produced are in accordance with standards specified by the contract/delivery order.

Develop Computer Based Training (CBT) including Interactive Multimedia Instruction (IMI), Interactive Courseware (ICW), Computer Aided Instruction (CAI), and paper-based instructional materials in accordance with company and customer curriculum development standards and guidelines. Analyze, design, implement, and evaluate technical training materials from source data according to required standards and format. Develop test banks based on learning and performance objectives. Work closely as a team member of an Instructional Design Team (IDT) consisting of instructional system designers, graphic artists, programming specialists, and other courseware developers to produce instructionally sound training materials.
