As the Support Team Leader, I work with a team of experienced software specialists, on a range of Real Estate and Maintenance software packages (including Maintenance Manager, Fix4me and InspectSafe). We manage the full support process of liaising with clients, setting expectations and basic training requirements with all users of the platforms and ensuring our clients are getting the most out of their systems. We manage the full process of liaising with clients, setting expectations, extracting data, converting it into the LEAP product range and ensuring our clients are getting the most out of LEAP. Recently with the release of LEAP2LEAP Transitions in 2014, the Transitions department is also responsible for collecting current client’s data from LEAP Office 10 and transferring this to LEAP (in the cloud). RESPONSIBILITIES• Timely and accurate transition of data• Managing client expectations of the transition process and outcomes• Expanding and adding functionality to the transition process• Creation and maintenance of documentation and internal systems• Daily observations and control of projects for the Transitions Department• Discussions with clients on the process of data transitions and the expected outcomes• Maintenance of data audit checking• Written reporting on converted data• Maintaining, updating and improving current systems and processes to ensure our clients have a smooth transition process

The Conversions Department is a team of experienced software specialists that convert a range of legal software packages to LEAP. We manage the full process of liaising with clients, extracting data and converting it into the LEAP product range.Recently with the release of LEAP2LEAP Conversions in 2014, the conversions department is also responsible for collecting current client’s data from 2003 or LEAP Office 10 and converting this to LEAP (in the cloud). CONVERSION ADMINISTRATOR RESPONSIBILITIES • Generating LEAP2LEAP leads• Organising on-time data collection prior to implementation date• Managing a client’s expectations in the lead up to implementation with regards to software functionality, implementation timeline and sequence• Liaising with various stakeholders to ensure the on-time implementation of LEAP in new and existing sites• Meeting with the client after the implementation process• Maintaining documentation and weekly survey’s

As a product specialist, it is my job to assist clients with any issues that may arise whilst using LEAP Office Documents. I also provide assistance with data entry and general customisation of LEAP Office Documents.

At Addisons, I initially provided secretarial support to the Gambling Law team, consisting of one partner, one senior associate, one special counsel and two solicitors. My role involved dictaphone typing, drafting documents, end of month billing of clients as well as organising travel and accommodation (both domestic and international). During my time at Addisons, I then moved to the Intellectual Property team, where my duties expanded into lodging Australian and International trade mark applications, preparing and lodging responses to Australian and International Trade Marks Offices as well as the preparation and sending of Trade Mark Certificates to clients and data entry on Inprotech.
