In my thirty plus years in the screen and digital printing arena I have been involved in all aspects of the operation. I started in 1984 as screen cleaner and press assistant moving on to be shipping and receiving manager, production manager, sales consultant and estimator. These last couple of years my role has shifted to that of estimator, management consultant, R&D specialist and sales consultant. What I love most about the job is the opportunities I am given to learn and the satisfaction derived from passing this knowledge on to my fellow associates, clients and vendors. Nothing rates as highly as solving challenges in whatever form they appear!
