“To live is to change, and to be perfect is to have changed often.” This quote by John Henry Newman, founder of University College Dublin and author of “The Idea of a University,” has been a cornerstone of my life, both personally and professionally. Newman believed deeply in the power of learning, as do I.Learning is a lifelong process and the reality is that we are all learning, every day but often we miss seeing it. My mission is to showcase the value and power of experiential learning to help individuals, departments and leadership teams think more clearly, collaborate more effectively, and focus on what matters most to their customers, employees, and stakeholders. This is what we do at Interaction Associates (IA), an organization I have been honored to be a part of since 1997.I am passionate about teaching cross-functional collaboration - the skills that people need to work well with others in service of the greater good of humanity while on and off the job. We call this “The Interaction Method” which is a facilitated approach for building understanding and agreement so that people can take informed, concerted action to achieve their desired results. For over 50 years, IA has consulted with thousands of leaders and teams offering practical, simple, and effective tools, techniques and programs for working better together across functions, viewpoints, and geographies. You can learn more about at IA at https://www.interactionassociates.com
