As Director of Student Certification & Assessment I had primary responsibility for managing the development and implemention of the NAF Student Certification Assessment System (SCAS). I also developed the training materials associated with implementing the assessments. I conducted data analysis based on the assessments and communicated the results to stakeholders.

Responsibilities included developing, implemtening, and leading UMKC’s academic assessment program. Help campus units integrate assessment and evaluation efforts across campus.• Designed and developed database-driven website as a centralized method of cataloging student learning outcomes assessment documentation while supporting distributed management of assessment by 12 separate Schools and 26 separate academic departments and programs of the College of Arts and Sciences.• Led process to select and implement new online University Catalog using state of the art catalog management system.• Implemented the Collegiate Learning Assessment as a university-wide general education outcomes measure.• Led a statewide advisory council on learning assessment in Missouri postsecondary education initiated by the Commissioner of the Missouri Department of Higher Education.
