I love building data strategy. I don't like writing about myself. But here's two reasons why I want to build a data strategy for you.1. The greatest joy I've had throughout my career was the moment when a non-analytical person discovered an insight that came from the data. Suddenly, this person began sharing their story and sparked a data movement at our organization. Similarly, I want to build a strategy that aims to start a movement towards a data driven culture. I don't want create a strategy driven by a mandate to justify an ROI or buy into hype.2. There are so many tools that make data analytics simple. But what I've repeatedly experienced are companies adopting the next big hype in analytics, resulting in complex methods to integrate the tools. Organizations quickly find they spend a lot of effort fixing the data, and not enough in using it. My focus is clear, aligning to executive goals. I want to help organizations stick to their goals and not get easily distracted with something new and different.I'm much better at talking than writing about this stuff. I also love to meet new people and being challenged in my ways of thinking.
