Claims Underwriter
Current- Work tickets by pulling up claims to assess rates, and labor costs to estimate a total cost of repair. - Research what needs to be fixed and find out how much time and money it will cost for the repair. - Create documentation for the estimate to send to the customer and repair facility.- Communicate effectively and efficiently with the customer and repair shop. - Negotiate prices with repair facilities to ensure the end customer gets the best rate possible. - Training new employees in an on-boarding effort. - Talk with distributors on bulk orders and negotiate prices to help lower costs on our end.
