I am the product management lead for Dynatrace's flag ship solution for Application observability and responsible for roadmap and future strategy reporting to the CPO. This solution is responsible for Dynatrace's largest revenue stream.Primary responsibility is the short and long term product roadmap and strategy of the Dynatrace application and kubernetes monitoring offering. The dynatrace application monitoring solution is the market leader in the observability and APM space (https://www.dynatrace.com/gartner-magic-quadrant-for-application-performance-monitoring/). I work directly with product growth managers to module the financial impact of the roadmap in line with Dynatrace's overall business strategy.I am part of a multi functional solution team of Goto-market experts, Product Marketers, Product Growth hackers, Product Architects, Lead Engineers and Development Managers. We work with a data and customer feedback driven approach to ensure the success and value of our product and drive customer adoption. I also lead a team of 10 product managers focused on application monitoring, cloud native and kubernetes application monitoring that work with me on delivering on the roadmap and ensures that all of the functionality and use cases we develop follow a common vision and goal.

I lead the infrastructure monitoring solution within Dynatrace as part of multi functional team covering product roadmap, goto market strategy, business growth strategy working closely with Product Architects and Lead Engineers. Primary responsibility is the overall product roadmap and strategy for infrastructure and kubernetes monitoring and leading the multi-functional team of product managers. The solution is supported about 100 software engineers and architects.Additionally I lead 10 product managers responsible for application and kuberenetes observability. The dynatrace application monitoring solution is the market leader in the observability and APM space.I work with both infrastructure and application monitoring product managers and architects to ensure that all of the functionality and use cases we develop follow a common vision and goal.

I own product management for Dynatrace's OneAgent and its Purepath technology end to end. In this capacity I am responsible for most of the existing tracing and analysis functionality in the Product as well as go to market and licensing of these capabilities. This includes our OneAgent technology to monitor Java and Node.js on a code and transactional level. I am also responsible for the intelligent analysis and user friendly presentation of this data, automatic root case analysis and topology views based on this information; this includes the user facing Web UI and the analytics behind it. In this capacity I work with many separate development teams in two countries that need to be coordinated. As part of the Dynatrace product management team I plan the future roadmap, define product requirements and work on customer-centric solutions

The main responsibilities included the design and implementation of a distributed, high availability and high throughput workflow system. This workflow system was the main orchestration layer coordinating all of GoldenSource's other financial software products. Additionally projects included the design and implementation of a business level entity query system that would allow to map complex financial products and entities by business people, abstracting them from a highly normalized datamodel and yet still achieve high throughput query performance. These products were implemented and maintained by small team of software engineers that I lead as part of this role.
