Completed 36 projects all on budget and within the given time scope.

Oversaw the Information Technology department in the flagship call center office. Supported VoIP phone systems, wireless and wired networks, computer systems, office security systems, office applications, office peripherals, VPN connectivity, new hire computer training.

Worked with computers day in and day out. Fixed computer issues ranging from personal computer to business end systems. Became Dell certified and was challenged on a daily basis with new complex problems. I handled 60+ calls per day for troubleshooting and resolution of computers of all kinds. During my time at Teleperformance, I was able to maintain a 97% resolution efficiency rating.
