I love solving business problems with data. I have built several cross-functional company-wide data projects, such as digital membership programs and customer retention models. I operate across the entire analysis process, from ingesting new data sources, stakeholder partnership and dashboard visualization of core KPIs, deep-dive analyses of unstructured data and ambiguous problems, and building machine learning models for prediction. I received my Master's from Georgia Tech to expand my skillset in data science. I've learned to apply analytics to both technology/software and physical product domains, and have worked with Engineering and Product to Operations and Customer Service departments. I help companies use data to empower business decisions and strategy.
