 Data management and report analysis, inclusive of financial performance, price optimization, gross profit margin, and category management Develop promotional and marketing activities for television, print, and digital advertising, with a focus on customer retention and customer acquisition methods Create and manage vendor contracts and negotiations for 100+ direct vendors and distributors pertaining to pricing, discounting, and co-op advertising funds Generate purchase orders for promotional activities, based on history and forecast of sales Plan and build effective merchandising within retail locations, including off-shelf placement Develop and maintain YOY sales goals with strategy directives for retail teams Optimize inventory levels and inventory turns by means of sales movement analysis, product selection, stock level pars, and allocation of physical space Create and implement short-term and long-term procurement systems at all retail locations  Remain competitive with product variety and industry trends; utilize SPINS data for gap analysis  Regularly meet with key vendors to build rapport and maintain favorable relationships Lead, direct, and coach Team Leaders and staff of all retail locations; provide training in areas of retail operations, customer service, problem solving, and product knowledge
