• Developed and managed a new Dealer Tire promotions database that included entries from past and present promotions, spanning 5 years and over 400 individual promotions, resulting in a user-friendly database with fully automated dashboards and enhanced search capability. The streamlined promotions tracker cut the time needed for basic analyses and ad hoc requests by over 40%.• Lead monthly stakeholder meetings for reporting of promotional results through detailed PowerPoint summaries. Reports shared internally with analytics team members, brand managers, Dealer Tire partners, and additionally with OEMs.• Responsible for creation and update process for unit-based sales objectives for goal-based promotions. Goals are made on a case-by-case basis, with each being tailored to the participating region, brands, OEMs, and even to the goal type.• Improved promotion structure and scope through research projects and deep dives into the efficiency of various promotion types to better them through analysis.• Daily use and familiarity with analytics tools such as Oracle Business Intelligence, Google Analytics and Tableau
