Campus Ministry is dedicated to promoting the spiritual growth and faith formation of LMU students. Programs are designed to encourage learning, to care for the whole person, and to foster the service of faith and the promotion of justice. • Co-create and lead community activities with 30-50 people.• Foster an atmosphere of openness and trust during one-hour small group, 3-7 people, meetings.• Communicate consistently with Christian Life Community managers and president.

BUILD teaches students the business acumen necessary to pave their own career paths. BUILD focuses on real-world solutions, teamwork, and creative trailblazing. Through events, activities, and hands-on experience, BUILD creates a welcoming environment that fosters the growth of LMU’s student leaders.• Create leadership growth activities through external research and led assembly through them.• Organize and navigate weekly executive board meetings and weekly general assembly meetings.• Connect with and host professional speaker events, including hosting France A. Cordova, 14th Director of the National Science Foundation.• Oversee marketing aspects of all events.• Collaborate with both external and internal organizations to create successful professional events.• Utilize rubrics for talent acquisition including intrinsic motivation, team-working, and strong work-ethic.• Use strong written and oral communication in order to build support, understanding, and advocacy for project production’s financial and platform needs.
