I am currently working as a technical manager in the Supply Chain Analytics team. I own the analytics track for Logistics and deliver analytical reporting to the GEHC business to provide visibility to wing-to-wing Logistics costs. In addition, I launched a materials software application which enables standard work for GE buyers to organize and prioritize their day-to-day actions. In both of these areas, I work with functional teams to define business problems and translate these requirements into user stories. In addition to my work as a product manager, I owned the Analytics cost center and led the team in monthly budget estimates and actual variance cycles.

As a product manager in the Supply Chain Brilliant Factory space I was responsible for building and deploying software applications to the manufacturing floor. These applications focused on tracking standard KPIs such as Takt, Cycle Time, and Yield, to keep operators on track to the demand plan.I worked with functional and development teams to define requirements, build user stories, and deploy the application to the users.

As part of the Information Technology Leadership Program - ITLP (now re-branded as Digital Technology Leadership Program - DTLP), I was a part of four rotation roles in the technology and digital space across GE Healthcare.Rotation 1 - Finance Key Initiative Project ManagerIn this role, I was focused on kicking off a GE wide strategy of changing the entire business to a standard chart of accounts. Following our tollgate process, I was responsible for the initial project steps including securing funding but also developed a POC with software from ePrentise that allowed this change to be possible.Rotation 2 - Business Analyst - One Services CloudWorking with the Service Max business team in GEHC, I prioritized features and translated them into actionable user stories. In addition, I led the validated testing activities for these feature sets to push the changes into our production environment.Rotation 3 - Integrations Project ManagerI drove the migration of all of GEHC sales system integrations from the legacy CrossWorld platform to the new cloud solution, Dell Boomi. Rotation 4 - Data & Analytics Lead Business AnalystAs a business analyst in our quality space, I was responsible for managing analytic reports that enabled our business to better track and trace our product controllership. I worked with the business to understand their requirements and gather feedback for additional enhancements.

I was heavily involved in the Project Management Office (PMO) within the Tech Services Organization (TSO) working specifically in SII planning. SII is the time of year when all of the projects for the following year (2014) are submitted to decide which ones will be funded. I was in charge of creating the online tool that people would use to submit projects. In addition, I made sure all of the projects had the necessary components for meetings. Finally, I used macros in Excel to create code that lets users pull an entry out of the Excel database in a visually pleasing format.

As a Support Specialist, I answer phone calls from UW-Madison faculty, students, and potential students when they have university technology issues or personal computer issues.
