My primary purpose in life is to improve the lives of others and I do this through developing leaders to realize their potential and helping organizations to thrive. I am especially interested in the human and cultural aspects of digital transformation. I have a significant focus on the psychology and sociology of organizational change management, leveraging neuroscience to influence transformation and growth.• Work with organizations on re-structuring, capability maps, operation models, and business models. • Wide range of personal interests that allows me to see problems from multiple angles and through analogous thinking, am able to pull from this dispirit knowledge to connect dots and develop solutions that nobody else sees. • Am a volunteer Ambassador for World Bicycle Relieve. I created a team that has raised $170,000 so far to help provide bicycles to girls in Africa to attend school so that they can reach their full potential and have agency over their lives.
