Set up all wells and bar schematics for the bar, helped in training the bar staff and barbacks to meet light group standards, help catch bartenders up to speed that need a brain refresher, stayed on top of register rings, comps, cleanliness, and any issues behind the bar with staff and guests.

Designed all the well set ups and bar schematics for the club for the most efficiency. Monitored individual sales per bartender, bar cleanliness, bar moral, and was accountable for each bartenders station each night making sure they cleaned it properly and stored everything away.

started off as a busser/server assistant for table service, wanted a new position and to move up so moved to barback, shortly after was given bartender shifts leading up to opening XS.
