In 2010 after over a decade in hospitality, I decided to make a change in direction in my career. I returned to university to study Environmental Science. With a particular focus on the interactions of land management decisions on waterway health. At the end of my studies, I found a very sluggish job market in environmental science, and the opportunity to be involved in the opening of Brisbane Brewing Co's new brewery and bar. With bills to pay and a love of sharing good beer, I jumped on this opportunity. I'm now looking for opportunities to further build on the skills and knowledge from my studies. I would be very interested in contributing towards any projects relating to how changes in land use, alter aquatic systems.
