From works councils in Germany to intellectual property in China to retail and real estate for one of the world’s fastest growing companies — I have managed just about every legal function at one point or another while constantly navigating new laws, business structures, and cultures. Having such a broad understanding of business and law has enabled me to be a more impactful strategic partner to the executives with whom I have worked: preemptively seeing the challenges and opportunities around the corner to find creative solutions and to collaboratively build flexible tools, systems, and processes that enable growth. Moreover, I developed a reputation as a trusted advisor to my clients.Over the past 20 years, I’ve been part of building a company that’s seen incredible growth in store openings, employees, geographic operations and technology.
