As Executive Director of Housing and Family Services in Queen Anne's County, I am at the helm of the Housing Authority, Housing Division, and Local Management Board. My mission is to provide strategic leadership and operational management, ensuring access to quality housing and quality systems for children and families. Since 1997, I have led the Local Management Board, significantly contributing to regional welfare through numerous initiatives, programs, organizations and community efforts. My academic background in Psychology with a minor in Business from Salisbury University and a Masters in Counseling from Villanova University, coupled with over 30 years in human services, has equipped me with a deep understanding of community needs and service delivery. Beyond my primary roles, I engage in violence prevention counseling. I have held board positions and executive positions on many prominent nonprofits further supporting my strong desire to help make the community exceptional. As a leader of a property holding company and a consultant my skills and experience in business enhance my mission. My personal life, shared with my wife, Michelle, and children, Alexis and Lane, is a joy that keeps me grounded and focused on the value of family and community.
