• Coordinates all activities around the following external audits: SOX, CJIS, GAAP, HR andPCI.• Ensures billing accuracy and that all hours worked are billed to the proper agreement orcustomer• Audits and reviews compliance with internal DSM ITIL PPP• Reviews and keeps up to date all Policy, Process, Procedure• Defines infosec PPP• Reviews, develops and maintains facility maintenance plans• Masterminds compliance policies and protocols on behalf of the organization• Develops and implements a compliance program to ensure the organization operates inaccordance with state and federal laws• Determines compliance metrics and establishes a system for tracking them• Remains up to date on federal and state laws related to the organization and update policiesaccordingly• Performs compliance audits to determine whether establish protocols are being followedand where they can be improved• Maintains up to date written documentation and policies related to the organization'sbusiness activities• Creates compliance resource library for staff members to reference when they havequestions

Managed a team of Professional Service Engineers and Project Managers responsible for client on-boarding. This also included invoicing client recurring and non-recurring revenue each month. Fortunately I worked across many facets of DSM including Sales, Customer Support, Finance, Engineering and Product Development. This allowed us to improve processes, operationalize products and work on PSA enhancement and integration.

PMP / Implementation Manager

Directed and mentored a team of project professionals and analysts driving all activities through each project’s life cycle including operational and support hand offs after closure. Key liaison amongst functional groups and business stakeholders facilitating planning, prioritization, risk assessment, quality assurance, and collaboration between members. Managed cross-functional teams distributed across the entire corporate footprint completing projects on-time and within budget.

Implemented and maintained new markets for IP based communications services. Responsible for state and federal regulatory policy compliance, certification and reporting. Directed E911, CALEA, number portability, interconnection architecture, ASR, LSR, CABS, number administration, vendor selection and management for company telecommunications services.
