- Hired by Marbles Kids Museum after only one month of volunteering.
- Coordinate the arrival of 5-8 school groups per day; making sure their experience at the museum is one that is welcoming, exciting, and a smooth transition from arrival to departure.
- Assist and welcome guests to the museum, solving problems, and answering any questions that they might have.SPECIAL EVENTS HOST & FACILITY RENTAL
- Manage several aspects of external client event rentals, including client communications, facility tours, booking, invoicing, final arrangements and details.
- Coordinate day-to-day logistics for event deliveries and storage; and maintain the organization and upkeep of event supplies, equipment and storage.
