Duties and responsibilities for role • Lead team to technical account strategies that align to customer business requirements in line with current Application Delivery Controller (ADC) marketplace. • Optimise technical resource usage for ANZ.• Advanced understanding of competitive product and solution landscape.• Provide pre-sales assistance for sales opportunities to A10 sales people, customers and partners. Including solution design, Demonstrations, Proof of Concept, installations, training of A10 products (both sales and engineering level) and post sales.• Define solution options and showcase A10’s benefits.• Act as an interface between the Sales organization, A10 TAC and greater SE community to resolve outstanding issues.• Provide reporting and updates on customer accounts and activities to Sales, Product Management and Support.• Understand the customer’s business drivers and how to map these to technology.• Conduct meetings to business owners to display the business benefits of the technology and present to technical staff the technology advantages in a manner each can understand.• Aid in promoting A10 Networks with social media (Twitter, Linkedin and Packetpushers) from a technical point of view.• Aiding to A10 vADC community forums for aFleX scripting and Rest API issues.
