Relationship manager for 5 large DSO partners. Duties include but are not limited to; Contract negotiations, creating and coordinating marketing efforts, budgeting, IT support, training, etc.. I utilize our field sales team and inside sales teams to drive messaging and increase utilization.

As a Practice Development Manager, I act as an advisor and coach for dental and veterinary practice owners and staff by educating them on how to leverage patient financing to improve treatment acceptance, production and profits.

•Dental Brand development. •Strategic Consulting, including business plan & sales strategy development. Implementing new policies and procedures for the purpose of maximizing production, collections and profitability.•Advising dental practice owners and investors on market trends and technology implementation. •Instructional workshops on O.S.H.A. compliance training and practice marketing.

(1 year contract) I was recruited by the VP of Sales to assist the company in revising the sales department. My primary responsibility was to help test and integrate a new CRM system while increasing market exposure, growing sales volumes and increasing sales margins. I served the following industries; biomedical, semiconductor, electronics, medical devices, pharmaceutical, construction, data centers, aerospace and defense contractors. Duties include: Enterprise Sales, Direct Sales, National and Regional Distribution Channel Management, Account Management, Business Development, Outside Sales, Telesales, Territory Sales, Logistics, Travel, Budgeting, Sales Forecasting, Internet Marketing, Sales Training, Product Training, Strategic Planning, Consulting, Contract Negotiations, Collections and Networking.

• Responsible for capturing and increasing market share of the supply and equipment business from dental offices throughout the metro Phoenix area.• Provide O.S.H.A. training to assist clients in keeping compliant with federal and state regulations including, but not limited to: Hazard communications standards, blood borne pathogens standards and Center for Disease Control and Prevention guidelines.• Business analysis and management consulting.• Business marketing consulting, budgeting, strategy and implementation.• Network with manufacturing partners and attend training when available to stay informed of new products, materials, technologies and methodology.
