Never stop learning. I am a huge advocate for self learning and passing knowledge to others! Over the years I have taught myself and others best 2D design practices with AutoCAD, AutoCAD efficiencies using blocks and tool palettes, 3D design with Revit and Inventor, and designing programs with Python and AutoLISP to make mine and my co-workers jobs easier, faster and less error prone.Problem solving, patience, and proactive approach. I take pride in being able to solve problems for my peers, wether it be for something relatively straightforward or something complicated that I haven’t dealt with before. Every obstacle is an opportunity for growth.Goals. Grit. Glory. I think it’s important to create a goal for one’s self and to follow it through to the end in spite of the struggle it may be to get there. To be able to look back on your achievements over the last couple of months and see the accomplishments that were made in that time shows tenacity and growth. I believe everyone should strive to see the view from the top of the hill.
