Mike has developed residential mortgage and credit card programs from scratch. He has created fair lending programs and policies as well as credit risk management programs. Mike has extensive experience working with loan operations, debit and credit cards, underwriting for consumer and residential mortgage loans, portfolio management, secondary market sales, and credit union strategic planning.Over his career, Mike has helped grow credit union assets from $250 million to $1.3 billion in 15 years; from $600 million to $1 billion in 18 months; and from $1.6 billion to $2.4 billion in 24 months.
