As the Tech Lead for the RECapp project, Devcube is responsible for driving the technical development from concept to a finished product. RECapp is part of a research initiative in collaboration with Karolinska Institutet, aiming to improve the quality of life for patients recovering from oesophageal and gastric cancer surgery by providing personalized support. The mobile and web application allows for self-monitoring of symptoms at home, guiding patients to self-care advice or connecting them with healthcare services. I ensure that the application meets the requirements for MDR class IIa through an agile approach, focusing on frontend development while also managing backend, system architecture, UX, graphics, verification, and testing. I work closely with a multidisciplinary team and the project owner at Karolinska Institutet to consistently deliver high-quality solutions that enhance patient care and contribute to the study's goal of optimizing postoperative recovery.The study is planned to start in the spring of 2025.

As Director of Product Development I was responsible for product development, hosting, integrations and technical consulting. I ensured that Antura's products and solutions held the highest possible quality, performance and end user experience while still keeping high efficiency in the development process. I was also responsible for evolving the technical platform to maximize maintainability, testability while still pushing more new features into our products than our competitors. Partnerships involving tools, processes and recruitment was a natural part of my work days.I was head of the development staff including architects, backend- and frontend developers. This included leadership, motivation, recruitment and difficult decisions. I implemented agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban and our own adoptions of these methods. I also had the responsibility for quality assurance in the recruitment process including both technical interviews and tests.I was responsible for Antura's tech stack, development process and the continuous integration pipeline. This included establishing three autonomous feature teams as well as automation including Contiguous Integration, Continuous Deployment, code metrics and automatic testing to ensure high efficiency and quality throughout the process.I was responsible for the IT department including IT security, the SaaS solution, server infrastructure etc.I had responsibility for several key areas and roles in Antura's certification process for ISO27001. Development of the Enterprise Project and Portfolio Management system Antura Projects (C#/ASP.NET 4, Microsoft SQL Server 2005/2008).I built an internal tool from the ground up in WPF that became one of the most central back office systems for Antura.I also developed, and was responsible for, multiple integrations with ERP systems such as SAP, Agresso, Dynamics AX, Movex and JDE. These integrations included both web services (SOAP/REST) and file transfers.

My first real IT position in which I learned a lot as a system developer.Working in a small team comes with big responsibilities and also a variety of work tasks. My main focus was in .NET (ASP.NET and C#) and C++, but also Java, databases, testing, continuous integration, release management etc.I worked with credit and debit card payments, banks, bank transfers and payment solution from different providers such as PayPal, Paysafe Card, Moneybookers (now Skrill).I was also involved in the PCI certification regarding the payment system and the technical aspects.
