• Use HP Service Manager ticketing system to create record of incoming phone calls and escalate to higher Tier levels as necessary.
• Provide email voicemail support to Navy customers by reviewing tickets and emails sent by Navy customers.
• Use Active Directory to look up NIPR, NNPI, and SIPR customer’s account information and manage them via activations and unlocks as requested.
