I have lived on or near water my entire life. My family even owned a private island, 9 miles by boat and 28 miles by car to the nearest town called Little Current — and that was an overstatement. I understand and appreciate the emotions and fond memories attached to such special places.Prior to a real estate career, I spent 35 years in advertising as an art director, writer, photographer, and designer in NYC and Boston before moving to a waterfront home in NH. I believe real estate is all about marketing--and that my unique background and talents, combined with the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices - Verani dominance in the marketplace, will prove to successfully promote your home like no other. Whether you are a buyer or seller, I bring real-life experience to your real estate experience.I was also featured in Top Agent Magazine and added into the Better Business BureauReal Estate is my job, not a part time gig for me. Much of my business is by referral from agents from different companies and different states. I also took a Dale Carnegie course, and then became an instructor for a short stint in Boston. This has helped me in every aspect of my life. I love what I do. This is my job and passion not a part time gig.Our success depends on each other. Let me help you in buying your dream and selling your home to move on to your next chapter in life.Specialties: Waterfront specialist, New Homes, Commercial, Land, Multi units, currently renovated a condo in Portsmouth.

RealtorBean Group Feb 2016 - Apr 2022Portsmouth, New Hampshire, United StatesMy Bio My business has primarily focused on waterfront properties from the Lakes Region to the Seacoast, though a good portion of my business is marketing and finding every other type of property for buyers and sellers. My website www.WaterfrontAgent.net, has become the source for searching properties, with clients coming from as far away as France, England, Alaska, California, and even right next door. Beyond being a licensed agent, I have over 35 years in the advertising business under my belt as a creative director, photographer, designer, and writer. I utilize all of my marketing talents to market your property. It has helped me to consistently achieve multi million dollar sales every year.In my first year at the Bean Group, I achieved the level of Platinum Award which is reserved for those top agents within the entire company with sales over $12 Million. I did over 13. This is a great business model to achieve that kind of success and a compensations plan that beats any company really enabling me to reinvest in marketing for my own clients. -

Art DirectorDella Femina Mcnamee 1992 - 1997I was an art director during several name changes of the company--and advertising in general. Starting as Della Femina McNamee, then Della Femina McNamee RSG Euro, then Jerry Inc, to Jerry & Ketchum, then Della Femina Jeary--you just can't keep up. My days there were my proudest days in advertising, the people there were my family--and representing the most fun I have had in an office. Having a child and choosing a new life style in Boston changed my career in a new city, new direction. -
Art DirectorJerry & Ketchum 1992 - 1993Just one of the many variations of the name on our business cards under the brilliant direction of Jerry Della Femina. At the time Jerry Inc as our little company was called because of Jerry Della Femina';s sale of his company (bearing his name), he could no longer use his last name on his logos --as he put it. Jerry was the only Italian American that lost his last name who wasn't in the Witness Protection Program. We merged with Ketchum's New York office to become Jerry & Ketchum.

Art DirectorDoremus 1985 - 1987I went from a huge company doubled my salary to work in a small agency in the Financial District of NYC --the only one on the E-Train in the World Trade Center stop not wearing a tie or carrying a leather brief case. I actually produced a lot of great work for such a small company. -
Art DirectorBozell And Jacobs 1984 - 1987It started as Bozell and Jacobs, then Bozell Jacobs Kenyan & Eckhardt then Lorimar somehow got involved--and then it became simply Bozell. It was the first big agency experience I gained, in the same office that the film BIG was filmed in (the Lorimar connection). It was before Apple became a staple piece of equipment for art directors so we still used a studio and sent out type to a type house retouchers would us di sublimation prints and photos were all taken by photographers that were hired versus stock photos on line. I was the only art director that owned a MAC--and to think it cost $10,000 for a 2 MG hard drive, a non postscript B&W printer and a 13 inch monitor that was blurry. I love my 24" I-mac now. -
Art DirectorThe Tuesday Team 1984 - 1985This was the Ad Hoc agency for the Reagan-Bush re-election campaign. It changed the face of political advertising I believe. I was the only on staf art director handling all of the print, outdoor, even the campaign posters, working with the best known and most talented creative directors in advertising. I learned from the best. 47 million spend in a few months to promote the biggest landslide in history--though Walter Mondale was not a big threat to Ronald Reagan. Our office was above Radio City Music Hall--life was grand.
-
Art DirectorHarvard Toback Inc 1982 - 1984Harvey gave me my first break in design/advertising in New York. He treated me like his son. His wife had a gift business called Lifelines with her brother. I went from a young Michigander and moved into the world of NYC under the direction of a true New Yorker. He was old school, I learned so much about design, while I was green. Everything was done by hand. Ads and designs were done on boards. type was sent out overnight, any corrections were cut and pasted with a blade not a mouse. Apple had not introduced its first computer. I worked in a small ofice on park avenue
