I am excited to announce Debra Cannon is taking my place as Nominee School Board Director Candidate for CBSD Region 7!I’ve withdrawn because I have a health issue that will drain me for the next few months, at least. My passion to see a wise, sensible school board, protecting kids and the parents who love them is unabated, and Deb fits the bill perfectly.When I knew I needed to withdraw, I immediately thought of Deb and she considered it an honor to stand for this Candidacy. She is a perfect School Board Director: a 20 year Warrington resident and mother of 4, all of whom have been in/through the CB Region 7 Schools. She and her husband Mike have created a winsome family and Deb has tremendous compassion for kids, especially disabled kids since she herself has a significant disability.Deb is sharp, quick minded and won’t suffer fools gladly; nor have patience with those who seek to exploit kids for ideological and selfish ends.
