• Conduct business review meetings to document client's 'As-Is' process, 'To-Be' processes and map the business processes to company’s software product.• Analyze business requirements to find, create and introduce new software solutions to meet client's requests.• Partner with Solution Architects and Development team to define proposed solution and estimate development costs.• Develop User Interface mockups to support proposed solution and write product change and/or customization Specification documentation, including the Business Review and Solution Summary details.• Collaborate with Project Manager and clients to prioritize developments, troubleshoot design and implementation issues during development phase, and support QA team on completion of development.• Present solution proposals to clients to facilitate solution acceptance and gain sign-off.

• Conduct analysis throughout lifecycle of projects utilizing analytical, interview, data gathering, current system documentation, business modeling, business process techniques.• Partner with Business Owner, Business Analysts, and cross-functional team members to develop: business and functional requirements on impact of existing functional systems, processes, and organizations; Sprint Stories that clearly define outputs of current Sprint Iterations and manage backlog of stories; and test cases that are used during User Acceptance Testing.• Partnered with Business Owner to develop IVR directory workflows with associated keyword dictionaries to support routing end user to applicable end point.• Partner with Product Team to design, develop and critique wireframes, mockups and screenshots based on Business, Functional and System Requirements.• Engage in User Acceptance Testing and provide final sign-off on development to ensure functional requirements were developed and work as required.• Manage deliverables are completed and implemented within overall project schedule.• Provide business and functional subject matter expertise of all internal systems, understanding technology, process flows, customer impacts, and cross system data flow.
