After running a successful company within the Online Gambling industry for several years whilst winning industry awards against major competitors such as Rupert Murdoch's News Corporation it was time for a change. It was a hard decision to make but I knew it was the right choice to better my personal life.I now work for the FMCG company, Coca-Cola EuroPacific Partners. Starting at the company in 2019 as Sales Executive within the North West area of England, my skills and knowledge made a big impact within my territory and was one of the top performing in GB for a number of KPIs. Within less than 12 months I won an Icon Award thanks to colleagues nominating me for supporting the wider business through my use and knowledge of Salesforce, Reports, and Excel helping make the work of not only my own but other teams easier at the same time as delivering my own exceptional results.In 2020 I was honoured to be recognised for the support I've provided the business and was promoted as Digital Professional within the company. I now manage the operations of our B2B platform called MyCCEP where £1.3B was generated in revenue in 2021. My role consists of managing the operations for our GB InDirect customers which involves:> Working along side Key Stakeholders and presenting across our European & Pacific business units.> Managing our POS offerings whilst keeping within budgets.> Taking ownership of marketing operations: Design, production, execution and optimisation of customer lifecycle programmes.> Monitor and maintain data quality within the CRM database and support reporting initiatives.> Manage QA testing processes to ensure quality control and GDPR compliance.> Own and document marketing processes for marketing operations, marketing automation and campaign execution.
