Michael Brandon has had over 15 years of experience in the Hospitality Industry where he was trained in the "Art of Hospitality"​ by the Royal Toastmaster to the Queen of England, Sir Ivor Spencer. This training eventually lead to a 12 year tenure with the Four Seasons Clift Hotel in San Francisco, as Concierge.In 1998, Michael founded Beach House, Inc., a Manufacturer's Rep Sales Firm, specializing in the representation of small, independent furniture and accessories manufacturer's based on the West Coast. Beach House, Inc. went on to establish itself as one of the premier National Rep Firms in the industry with over 10 million in annual sales.In 2003, Michael continued in the Home Furnishings Field as Dir. of Leasing and Development for H.D. Buttercup Manutailers Merchandise Mart at the Helms Bakery Building in Culver City, CA. It was here that he successfully leased over 200,000 square feet of retail space to over 100 independent furniture and accessories manufacturers.In 2005, Michael took on the job of Business Development for a Luxury Italian Bedding Manufacturer, where he tripled the companies sales in a two year period, mainly by developing their Hospitality Division and placing goods at some of the finest hotel companies in the world including Ritz Carlton, Starwood Hotels, Fairmont and Four Seasons.In 2009, Michael Brandon began a three year tenure working as Head of Curatorial Leasing and Programming for Shaheen Sadeghi and LAB Holding, LP, owners and operators of The LAB, The CAMP and The Anaheim Packing District.Michael Brandon began working in retail/restaurant consulting and brokerage in 2012, before founding his own firm, Brandon-California.Specialties: Food, Hospitality, Real Estate, Retail, Consulting
